At first, elements shaping the plot will be introduced and explained in the article by defining the form of play and recognizing the plot as a specific form of any play. Then the function of play features in the plot will be analyzed. Thus using Sam Smiley's viewpoints on the concept of dramatic form and its structure and also formalist analysis approach of dramatic texts, modern structures involved in the formation of play's plot will be reviewed. Accordingly, a play written by Naghme Samini and Mohamad Charmshir in the recent decade (2004-2014) is selected and data collection and sample analysis will be done using descriptive-analytic study, library method, and direct review of texts. The results show that the plot of these plays has a deviation from direct progress and a fragile causal structure. Elements involved in the continuity of the plot are evaluated as having abstract logic and its embellishing components create levels of surprise, anxiety, tension, and pause in plays by crossing the traditional forms. هدف این پژوهش بررسی ساختارهای نوین به‌کار‌رفته در فرم نمایشنامه‌‌های مدرن است که در پی‌رنگ آن‌ها نمود می‌یابد. در این مقاله ابتدا با تعریف فرم نمایشی و شناخت پی‌رنگ به عنوان فرم مشخصۀ هر نمایشنامه، عناصر شکل‌دهندۀ پی‌رنگ معرفی و تبیین خواهد شد. سپس کارکرد ویژگی‌های فرمی نمایشنامه در پی‌رنگ تحلیل می‌شود. به این ترتیب با بهره‌گیری از آرای سام اسمایلی دربارۀ مفهوم فرم نمایشی و ساختار آن و نیز رویکرد تحلیل فرمالیستی متن، تلاش می‌گردد تا ساختارهای مدرن دخیل در شکل‌گیری پی‌رنگ نمایشنامه‌ها بررسی شود. بر این اساس نمایشنامۀ <strong><em>هیولاخوانی</em></strong> نغمه ثمینی و  <strong><em>کبوتری ناگهان</em></strong> محمد چرمشیر که در دهة اخیر (1383-1393) نگارش یافته‌اند، انتخاب شده است. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات و سنجش نمونه‌ها با بررسی توصیفی‌ـ‌تحلیلی و به شیوۀ کتابخانه‌ای و بررسی مستقیم متون صورت خواهد گرفت. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که  پی‌رنگ این نمایشنامه‌ها دارای انحراف از پیشرفت مستقیم و ساختار علّی شکننده هستند. عناصر دخیل در پیوستگی پی‌رنگ دارای منطق انتزاعی ارزیابی می‌شوند و مؤلفه‌های آرایش‌دهندۀ آن با عبور از فرم‌های سنتی، سویه‌هایی از غافل‌گیری، آشوب، تشنج و سکون را در نمایشنامه‌ها پدید می‌آورند. https://dam.journal.art.ac.ir/article_761_cd2e6efc9b0a788eb611ab65c38968cd.pdf
